uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Attrax PARK
mobile application. Attrax PARK is a workforce and operations
application that may be used for employee login, attendance, schedules,
requests, ticket validation, work orders, inspections, electricity
readings, profile updates, and notifications.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account and profile information
- Email address or username used for sign-in
- Phone number associated with the user's employment profile
- User profile and employment-related information provided by your organization
- Role-based access information needed to show app features
1.2 Attendance and location information
- Precise location data when you check in or check out for attendance
- Date, time, and related attendance records
1.3 Photos, camera, and uploaded content
- Photos taken with the device camera
- Photos selected from the device photo library
- Images and related text content submitted for profile updates, work orders, inspections, or electricity readings
1.4 Ticket and QR scan data
- QR code or barcode values scanned through the app
- Validation results related to scanned tickets or codes
1.5 Device and notification information
- Push notification token
- Platform information such as iOS or Android
- Notification metadata used to deliver updates inside the app

- Session tokens used to keep you signed in
- Biometric login preference stored on the device
- If you enable biometric sign-in, your login credentials may be securely stored on your device using the operating system secure storage
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and maintain secure sign-in sessions
- To provide attendance, scheduling, request, ticket, inspection, work order, and meter-reading features
- To verify attendance location when location-based check-in or check-out is used
- To let users capture, upload, and manage work-related images

- Location: used for attendance check-in and check-out features
- Camera: used for QR or ticket scanning and for taking work-related photos
- Photo Library: used when you select or save work-related images
- Face ID / Biometrics: used only if you choose biometric sign-in on your device
- Notifications: used to deliver updates and alerts relevant to your work
4. Sharing of Information
We may share or process information with service providers and systems
required to operate the app, including:
- Your organization or employer operating Attrax PARK
- Backend application servers and APIs used to provide app services
- Firebase services, including authentication, realtime notifications, and messaging infrastructure
- Ticket validation or other connected service endpoints where needed for app functionality
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
5. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures
to help protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or
disclosure. Data sent between the app and our services is transmitted
over secure network connections where applicable.
Some information may be stored locally on your device to support sign-in
and app functionality. If biometric login is enabled, credentials may be
stored in secure device storage controlled by the mobile operating
system.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the app,
maintain employment and operational records, meet legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary
depending on the type of data and the requirements of your organization.
7. Your Choices and Rights
- You can choose whether to enable biometric sign-in on your device
- You may disable app permissions through your device settings, although some features may stop working
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and organizational requirements
8. Children's Privacy
Attrax PARK is not intended for children and is designed for workforce
and operational use. We do not knowingly collect personal information
directly from children through this app.
9. International Data Processing
Depending on the systems used to operate Attrax PARK, your information
may be processed in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we
take reasonable steps to protect personal information in accordance with
relevant legal requirements.
